About Me

I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and exercise. As a competitive swimmer, I struggled to properly fuel my body and faced periods of binge eating as a teenager. Those challenges ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition, where I spent years working as a dietitian in the eating disorder field. During that time, I had the privilege of helping hundreds of women navigate challenges related to weight management, PCOS, eating disorders, and building a healthier relationship with food.

Through this work, I discovered my true calling—helping others cultivate balance and confidence through sustainable nutrition and movement. My mission is to guide you toward your goals—whether that’s losing fat, gaining strength, or simply feeling more at peace in your body—while empowering you to live a vibrant, fulfilling life.
